As with all businesses, Avanade have targets to hit regarding whitespace customers, we worked with them to develop a series of detailed but captivating solutions overviews so customers (and sales!) don't have to go digging for information. We're also working with Avanade on creating ways to get these assets in the hands of the right people.

Health & Public Sector social selling
In advance of a key industry event, Avanade's sales team wished to engage with individuals, from whitespace accounts, that they knew would be in attendance. We created compelling connection copy and InMail messaging and distributed this on behalf of their sellers. This campaign saw great success with over 25 new connections from a small target audience, meaning the sales team were able to easily network with these individuals in-person at the event and can continue to engage with them via LinkedIn moving forwards.

When we were first engaged by Softcat, the immediate requirement was to address the lack of external facing sales enablement tools. In turn, there was a need to create a solution that allowed Account Managers to find, access and use those tools.

Capgemini's Innovation and Ventures initiatives are well established on a global scale, and as such generate a wealth of valuable stories of successful innovation. The Success Stories books collate these examples and present them as outcome stories - short case study style write-ups that focus on the value of the outcomes created. Delivered as both an internal resource, and external facing creative assets.
