The challenge was that not many people knew it, and they certainly weren't aware of Ultima's GreenLake capabilities and credentials. We supported the Mitie Defence team in creating a detailed messaging framework by understanding the core priorities and drivers of the RAF to align with Mitie's services. This supported their activation plan and we provided multiple creatives such as social, website support and email assets to drive engagement and awareness with the RAF.

Vodafone were looking for a new 'big idea' that they could use to extend their partnership with Steven Bartlett into a second year. Focused on SME's, Differentiated created a series of concepts that utilised different approaches – from engagements through to takeovers.

Teams Phone Mobile launch

Following the recent announcement of Vodafone’s 10-year partnership with Microsoft, the launch of Teams Phone Mobile became a top priority with multiple work streams involved. We worked with various teams to bring the story to life. Firstly, we worked closely with the propositions and product teams to craft a compelling value proposition and clear messaging. Our focus was on effectively communicating why Vodafone stands out as the preferred supplier.

Then, to support the external launch, we delivered a comprehensive campaign including a promotional video, email nurture campaign, social media posts, an eBook, thought leadership articles, and a suite of sales enablement materials such as customer presenter and conversation starters.

Helping Johnson Controls sail ahead

Johnson Controls needed help reaching customers within the Global Marine and Navy industry, but didn’t have a strong framework of information to share. The sales and marketing teams wanted to showcase their capabilities to different markets within the industry, with the aim of increasing awareness and driving new business opportunities. They were also keen to equip sales teams with helpful guides, presentations and battlecards to empower their communications with existing and new customers.

Through several discovery sessions, we gained a deeper understanding of the target audiences and landscape – and developed a vertical-led strategy that targeted each of their core markets within the maritime industry.

Through dedicated digital guides, we created interactive platforms for the teams to present the best outcomes and solutions for customers, which directly tackled key challenges. We also created a series of supporting collateral (social posts, presentations, webpage copy, outcome stories and emailers) to help boost conversations and enhance Johnson Control’s presence in the industry.
